Location

The site is in North Northamptonshire, on the northern edge of Desborough. The area proposed for development is on the eastern side of Harborough Road (B575). The site sits adjacent to a Magnetic Park Industrial Estate.

The Proposal

The proposal is to develop 32,500sqm of commercial and logistics space with offices and landscaping.

The plans also include car parking and new vehicular access off Harborough Road, North of the Magnetic Park Industrial Estate.

The site has been allocated in the Local Plan for development of this nature and already benefits from planning permission for an industrial development.
